Privacy Policy

This policy describes the Influently newsletter and existing app accounts. Public registration is closed.

Newsletter data and purpose

We collect your email address when you subscribe to the newsletter. We also store the request time, confirmation time, and consent text version. We use confirmation and unsubscribe tokens to manage your request. We do not create an app account from this information.

We process this data with your consent. We send a confirmation email first. After you confirm, we use your address to send product news, release updates, and tips. You can unsubscribe at any time.

How long we keep newsletter data

We delete unconfirmed addresses after seven days. We keep confirmed addresses until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data. We keep campaign recipient addresses and delivery status for up to 90 days after a campaign is queued. Unsubscribe links in our emails let you remove your address.

Email delivery and storage

We store newsletter data in the Influently app database. We use Resend, operated by Plus Five Five, Inc., to send confirmation and newsletter emails. Resend receives the recipient address and email content. We do not sell your email.

Resend may process email data in the United States. Its Data Processing Addendum describes its processing terms and international transfer safeguards.

Existing app accounts

Existing users can continue to sign in. We use their verified email address, linked Google identity where applicable, and browser session records to provide account access. We store a session cookie to keep the user signed in. A session expires after 14 days. Newsletter consent is separate from account access.

If you connect Instagram, the app processes the connected account, selected posts, automation settings, comments, and delivery records needed to provide your automations. We encrypt stored Instagram access tokens.

Your choices

You can withdraw newsletter consent at any time through an unsubscribe link. You can also ask to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data. To make a request, contact @influently.app on Instagram. You can complain to your local data protection authority.
